Return Policy:
Crown Auto Trim thanks you for your purchase. Contact us for an Return Authorization number (RA#) before attempting any returns. Any returns without an RA# will not be accepted. If the wrong item is shipped we will replace it with the correct item at no further cost to you. If the correct item is not available, a full refund will be issued pending the original items return (must be in original packaging). If the item was shipped as ordered, you will be required to cover all costs of return shipping and will be subject to an additional shipping charge for shipping any exchange item. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If a part has been used or altered in any way, the sale is considered final and the item is not eligible for refund and/or exchange.
There are no returns on electrical parts
Cancellation Policy:
All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
Shipping Information:
All products from CrownAutoTrim.com that are in stock will ship as soon as payment has cleared in 1-3 days. We ship to all 50 states and Internationally. Most of our products ship for free in the lower 48 states. Shipping rates and options are available to choose upon checkout. If you need to track your order and have registered as a customer, a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as it becomes available. If you did not register and would like a tracking number for your order please contact us at
orderinfo@crownautotrim.com and request a tracking number. Please include your order number when requesting tracking information. We have shipping warehouses throughout the USA and orders are shipped form the warehouse closest to you. CrownAutoTrim.com uses multiple carriers to deliver your products quickly. Carrier choices vary but smaller items are usually sent USPS and larger items sent via UPS.
