Q: How long does it take to ship my parts?
A: Typical shipping time is 2 to 3 business days depending on availability of the part you are purchasing. If it is a special order or backorder part we will inform you of the estimated shipping time. Q: What do I do if my product is damaged in shipping? A: Our products are shipping primarily thru FedEx and UPS and insured up to specified amount, which is dictated by the shipping company. Items may be insured for higher amount for an additional fee. If the box is damaged please inspect product before signing for it.

Q: Whats your return Policy?
A: Return for refund: 30 days. This is our Detailed Standard Return Policy. Unless another return policy is indicated, products sold by Benchmark Tuning are covered by this Standard Return Policy. Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned a) within 30 days of the original invoice date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. All items returned for a refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Due to the dangerous and stressful nature of racing vehicles, no returns are allowed on installed, opened or used products. Failure to comply with the return policy will result in refusal of items sent back for return. Many manufacturers offer additional warranty coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.


Q: What is your Return Policy on Clearance Items or Open Box Parts:

A: Return for refund within: Non-refundable. This is our Detailed Open Box Item Return Policy. Benchmark Tuning often sells items that are listed as "clearance" and "open-box." Because these items are sold at greatly reduced prices, they bear this non-refundable return policy. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of these items is with the buyer. These items have been tested for functionality, but may have superficial physical defects including (but not limited to) scratches, dings or dents. Should these items prove defective following their purchase, the buyer (not the manufacturer or Benchmark Tuning) assumes the entire cost of all necessary servicing or repairs, unless otherwise required by law. These items are not covered by any 30-day satisfaction guarantee.


Q: How does the manufacture warranty work:

A: Benchmark Tuning does not offer any warranties. However, the majority of the products available through Benchmark Tuning are covered by Manufacturers' Warranties. Manufacturers' warranty details are typically available at the manufacturer's website. Detailed manufacturer warranty information can also be obtained for free by contacting our Customer Service department.


Q: What is the processing time for Return Refunds:

A: Return Refund Processing Time, once your return is received we will take it and put it into our system. This can taken anywhere from 1-5 days to show back up onto your credit card depending on your bank. If you have any questions regarding this process please be sure to contact customer service.


Q: Do you refund shipping charges?

A: Benchmark Tuning does not refund shipping charges for items returned by the customer. Please make note that if your order qualified for a Free Shipping Promotion, these credited shipping fee’s will not be returned.


Q: What if I refuse delivery?

A: Refused Orders / Non-Delivery Refused orders and Non-Delivery orders that are returned to us will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all freight charges incurred with the shipment.
